Shipping Information
- We give our very best, shipping orders from Nova Scotia, Monday through Friday. If it’s the weekend or a major holiday you’ll find us at the beach, on a hike or having company over to eat some treats. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
- If your lighthouse isn’t shining (aka - it arrives damaged or doesn’t match your order specifications), please return the product within one (1) week of receipt for a full refund.
- We make and bake our cookies fresh, that’s how we give you our best! Please allow up to 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be processed, plus shipping time.
- Unfortunately, delays may occur during busy shipping seasons, that’s just how the cookie crumbles. The Nova Scotian Cookie Company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier shipping volumes or pandemic-related issues.
- To avoid delays, we ask for your best contact phone number during check-out in case we need to clarify shipping information.

Our cookies can be frozen if you would like to prolong the shelf life of them.
